All staffs are welcoming and super friendly.
We stayed at the hotel for about 10 days. Everyone at the hotel made us feel like home. Very good service, excellent breakfast, nice rooms and awesome view.
Staff also helped us to book for local tours with a good price. Our whole family went on a private boat ride. Thanks to the staff otherwise we won’t be able to have that good experience.
Hotel spa is very clean. Good reasonable price. We went multiple times just because we all had a very good experience!
I will definitely stay at Seven Hills again next time when I go visit Istanbul again!
My parents stayed at this hotel for 12 nights. They have spoken very highly of the service and hospitality. Every staff member they encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.
Most of the staff are very helpful at the hotel especially Gurkan he has been a great help to me and my family. The hotel is in a good location opposite the sea and a 10 minute walk to the local attractions such as Sophia Hagia and The blue mosque. The rooms are decorated nicely and kept clean daily; I would recommend this hotel.
The hotel has a chic location 300 meters from the Sea of Marmara and a magnificent terrace with panoramic views of the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the Old City of Istanbul with a bunch of attractions, historical and architectural monuments.
Delicious, varied and hearty breakfasts, including national dishes. The unsurpassed fresh fish dishes are worth a special mention; be sure to try them in the hotel restaurant.
The hotel has clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, the hotel staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful.
I will be more than happy to come back here again!
I had an amazing time at this place . I stayed in the pink suite, it was heaven. ceilings of gold and beautiful paintings, big jacuzzi tub in the marble bathroom, super spacious and the hammam and spa was incredible loved it so much, also the breakfast is fantastic. the Manager Ayhan was so helpful and really did so much for me to make my stay so easy and pleasurable. and Gurken helped out alot too in so many ways. the only thing they need here is new blow dryers. the blow dryers shoot out cold air and dont dry your hair fast...but other than that PERFECTION!!!!!
Seven Hills Palace is simply a spectacular place to stay. It's location on the coast is just a short walk up to Blue Mosque/ Sofia, Old City, etc. The staff are friendly, smiling and helpful, and go above and beyond at every turn to make the guest experience wonderful. They are knowledgeable, have great recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and more. We have stayed multiple times and will return again; each room is beautifully decorated with thoughtful details and high quality amenities. The breakfast is the best I have ever had, with honey on the comb and cappuccinos and every type of savory and sweet you can think of on offer. Our rooms are quiet, the wifi is strong (I work remotely so this is an important feature), and the beds are very comfortable. I can't recommend Seven Hills enough!
